While I am not currently looking for Freelance work, my morning job's contract is due to expire at the end of February, so I may have hours opening later on in the year. However my Freelance work needs to not conflict with my other design job's contract, so things are currently up in the air ...

My Work Skills
Being good at listening and quick thinking means I can adapt quickly. I am very well organised (I’m a list-writer), professional, and always interested in learning something new. I enjoy problem solving and getting into the details, this combination means I’m very thorough. I have strong direction which complements natural leadership skills. I also really enjoy bouncing ideas in team situations to get the creative juices flowing.
I’m fluent in Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator software up to CS4. I have tended to hand code in Text Wrangler or Notebook++, but have basic knowledge in Dreamweaver as well. I’ve also worked in CMS Made Simple an open source content management system.
I am a firm believer in the saying "if you're going to do something, do it well". I put determination into achieving a high work ethic and standard. I want to be able to have my clients/employers feeling fantastic about not only the work that I do, but the way I see it through.

Bachelor of Computer Graphic Design with Distinction, from the Whanganui School of Design, New Zealand.
What am I interested in?
Reading, mostly fiction, and a little writing. My books are my prized possessions. I’m a creative and I enjoy sketching, painting, photography and digital art. I’m involved with Theatre both on and off stage, and have been in Jesus Christ Superstar most recently. While I am retired from Scouting NZ, I also still like to keep tabs on what’s going on.
